to accommodate your custom coating needs.

We offer the latest application technology in Xylan® and Phosphate coatings

and we are a “Whitford Qualified Applicator” for the entire 1000 coating series.

We carry a large inventory of 1424, 1400, 1070, 1052, and 1014 materials.

Stringent quality control procedures have been developed and are part of our "Coating Process Controls"

to ensure that material traceability is maintained through all stages of the coating process, proper

and uniform coating thickness is achieved on any surface, and surfaces are professionally prepared for

superior adhesion. In addition, the curing process is achieved in state of the art ovens.


We coat any part manufactured from mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminum, weights up to 5,000 pounds,

and dimensions up to 48” x 48” x 60”.


We have automated lines for volume runs with parts that weigh up to 200 pounds

and measure up to 24” x 24” x 24”.
